AYS is a not for profit organisation and as such we rely on external funding bodies to maintain our service. The daily functioning of AYS is funded by the Department of Communities (Child Protection & Family Support) and by the City Of Swan. We have also received funding from various other funding bodies for one-off programs, including:
- Bendigo Community Bank
- Office of Multicultural Interest
- Community Underwriting
- Mantana Foundation for Young People
Please see the Get Help section for more details.
AYS is managed by a volunteer management board made up of community members. See the Management section for more details.
AYS have developed several major partnerships and networks that have proved essential in the provision of our service to young people. These include (but are not limited to) partnerships with The City of Swan, The Department of Communities (Child Protection and Family Support), Youth Futures (Comet Care School Caversham), Coles Beechboro (Second Bite), Woolworths (Oz Harvest).
